When participants open their chat window, they’ll have access esatto all the messages that were exchanged con the previous meetings.

Inviting someone onesto a solo occurrence

People afroromance invited esatto one incontro of verso recurring incontro series can participate per the chat with other attendees. They won’t see chat history from previous meetings con the series, but they’ll be able sicuro send and view chat messages during the congresso.

If you want sicuro invite someone preciso join one of your recurring meetings but not the rest, make sure you forward the invite for the celibe instance, not the entire incontro series, onesto ensure chat privacy.

Tip: If you’ve invited an external participant preciso be per guest commentatore and you want esatto further limit their access esatto the congresso chat, you can schedule their presentation as the meeting’s last session. The meeting organizer or moderator can then filmato the participant list during the assemblea, and if the annunciatore joins outside their allocated time, they can manually remove them.

Note: People you add to per incontro after it starts using the Invite someone autorimessa on the participant list have access esatto the chat from the time they are invited onesto the time the assemblea ends.

Chat durante channel meetings

For meetings that are held mediante verso channel, all channel members can view and add sicuro the chat conversation, whether they attend the convegno or not. The conversation will be available on the Posts tab of the channel, beneath the riunione title.

If you’re the organizer of verso assemblea, you can modify chat settings. Limit chats to take place only during the riunione, not before or after, or turn chat off altogether.

Up onesto 1,000 people who receive an invitation sicuro per congresso can access the meeting chat before, during, and after the meeting. The 1,000-person limit includes people who don’t join the assemblea.

If you’re adding verso distribution list (DL) with more than 150 members puro per assemblea invite, they’ll only be able onesto access the congresso chat during the meeting. If you want everyone to be able puro access the chat before and after the meeting, expand the DL before you send the invite.

Note: If more than 20 people attend the incontro, participants will not see the automated message informing them they’ve joined the chat.

If some people con the DL are required attendees and the rest are optional, put those required on the Required attendees line of the invite and add the entire DL onesto the Optional line.

Anonymous and external participants have chat access only while attending the convegno (except mediante channel meetings, where they will have no access to chat).
